Leon Ambulatory Care Centre Donor Plaque

Welland Hospital Foundation installed a special donor plaque in the Leon Ambulatory Care Centre for the Official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on June 20, 2003. Nameplates honour gifts of $5,000 or more to the campaign for the centre. Special plaques located throughout the area honour gifts of $10,000 or more. The plaque is just inside the entrance from Third Street.
